1. Prescription Order Cancellation
Customers may attempt to cancel their prescription order within 24 hours of placing their initial order and prior to clinical review and prescription approval by our provider network. Once a licensed provider has reviewed and approved the prescription and it has been transmitted to the pharmacy for processing, the order cannot be canceled.

After the 24-hour period, prescription orders cannot be canceled due to the nature of the products.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be given for medication that has already been received.
2. No Returns of Prescription Medication
In accordance with federal and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed. This ensures product integrity, safety, and proper storage conditions.
Once medication has been dispensed and shipped by the licensed pharmacy, all sales are final.
Standard Meds does not accept returns or exchanges of prescription products.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following verified circumstances:
- Incorrect prescription medication was sent due to pharmacy error.
- Damaged products upon delivery.
- Products that do not meet safety standards.
- The order has not yet been approved by a provider or transmitted to the pharmacy.
- The prescription is denied by an Standard Meds licensed provider.
4. Return Process
If you believe you have received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
We may request photographs of the product for our records and to assist in resolving the issue.
5. Shipping Issues
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must initiate a claim with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.
Standard Meds is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by carriers.
- Refusal of delivery.
- Loss due to failure to retrieve medication in a timely manner.
Certain medications may be temperature-sensitive and require immediate retrieval upon delivery.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing date.
However:
- Charges already processed are non-refundable.
- Medication that has already been dispensed or shipped is non-refundable.
7. Prescription Verification
All prescriptions are subject to verification by our licensed pharmacists and healthcare providers. If a prescription cannot be verified or is found to be invalid, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. Applicable consultation fees may still apply.
8. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the prescription is accurate and that all necessary information is provided at the time of ordering.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Chargebacks or payment disputes inconsistent with this Policy may be formally contested, and supporting documentation may be provided to the issuing financial institution.
